2027 GRC Preview
The 2027 Galena Ryder Cup will be the 25th Year for the event. Big year, big captains in the OG's Peter and Joe. The committee will definitely go back to the old ways of challenges and matching wits between these two. This page will track their progress leading toward August 2027, their preparation, and other tidbits.

Joe will be coming off of a shoulder reconstruction and has an uphill battle with getting golf ready for 2027. The hope is that he can play some Club Modz sessions as he has been strong over the past couple of years with solid play. Head-to-head against Peter, Joe will rely on wits, his ability to confuse and disorient his opponent, and find ways to dig deep and use Peter's strengths against him.

Peter has the advantage as far as being healthy going into 2027, and despite a couple years of playing a 1.5 fairway slice, has improved off the tee and mid-irons. His putting and short game is well above average and part of his superpower. He does, however carry an injury risk as he has added some dangerous hobbies (ie rock climbing, competitive MMA, slap fighting).
