MVP Award
The MVP Trophy is a coveted award given to the player that helps his team achieve the ultimate goal - winning. No losing team member has ever won the award, come close in the voting, nor will ever win it since in essence they are actually a loser. Mike Zajeski won the award in the crazy 2022 year which ended in a tie with serious consideration given to the captains (Joe/Peter), Modz, Quinn, and Jimmy 3-wood.
Criteria for winning the award generally is based upon contribution to team (based upon expectation of Draft Position), winning card tournaments (or finishing in money), greenies, and sometimes voting.
